VG Airlines accepts reservations for a departure:

- at least 24 hours after booking if you travel 'without a ticket' or with an Electronic Ticket
- at least 3 days , if you wish to pick-up your ticket at our VG Airlines call center in Merksem (Belgium) or in the USA
- at least 7 days after booking if you wish to receive your ticket at home

You can make a maximum of two bookings per day. In each booking, you can book four passengers.

Taxes are clearly mentioned on the summary page of your booking.

Travellers to the United States have to provide us with the following additional passport information :

- Passport number
- Issuing country
- Date of birth
- First and last name, as mentioned in the passport
- also, all information about other persons (children) mentioned in the passport

Conditions of Sale

1 - Fares

On the summary page of your booking you will find a clear specification of the quoted fares as well as all taxes.

Business Class Fares : you may change your  travel dates and flights without penalty until 24 hours prior to departure.

Economy Class fares : are valid for one year. A date change is allowed against the payment of a penalty.

Economy Class Excursion fares : these fares are subject to limited availability and are restricted in terms of  advance purchase requirement, a minimum and/or maximum stay requirement, cancellation fees, penalties in case of date changes etc.

2 - On line payment

You can make a booking and pay for your tickets online, provided you have an international credit card (American Express, MasterCard/EuroCard, Visa, Diners Club,). The credit cardholder paying for the booking must be at least 18 years old and can make a booking for himself and/or others.
We are pleased to offer secure online payment using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL works by encrypting all communications between your computer and our server so that the information cannot be intercepted. If your browser is SSL equipped, your transaction will be secured automatically.
Payments are made in Euro or US dollars.

Privacy Policy :
Your personal data compiled when your profile was created via this  site will be used for the sole purpose of placing and carrying out your order (buying and selling an airline ticket) on-line. Without your prior consent, VG Airlines will not be able to continue the selling procedure and the transaction will be impossible.

VG Airlines shall:
- Actively protect unauthorised access to personal data stored in its computers;
- Refrain from communicating, selling or providing access in any way to the personal data collected on this booking engine, to any external party, companies of organizations.
- Not use your personal data for commercial or promotional purposes
- Allow each traveler access to his or her personal data (and only to these data), as it appears in his or her profile, and to change such data;
- Allow each traveler, who so wishes, to destroy all data concerning him or her. You can exercise this  right by sending an e-mail 

3 - Ticket delivery

Electronic Ticketing is available for al VG Airlines destinations.

Electronic Ticketing in practice :
1. book your flight on-line at least 24 hours before departure.
2. you will receive by e-mail the confirmation of your booking and your confirmation number.
3. at the airport, hand your customer identification to the check-in agent and receive your boarding card.
